We are pleased to announce the official launch of the new version of DIGIPARC. Version 4 combines the advantages of a complete fleet management solution with the flexibility and performance of an integrated management platform.

V4, which marks 2016, is the result of a long year of research and development during which we took into account the needs of our customers to develop modules that ensure as much technological efficiency as possible in all their processes.

This new version builds on the success of previous versions and integrates new business modules such as

Stock management module that offers the following functionalities:Stock management: Purchase requisition, internal purchase orders, quotation, purchase order, delivery order;

Parts issues: Internal purchase orders and warehouse issue slips, stock movement;

Stock status: Real-time visualization of the quantity consumed and the remaining quantity of parts;

Integration of the inventory and correction of the stock ;

Interfacing with the Intervention/Workshop module

Transport management module that allows :

Setting of rates by customer, route and type of goods

Management of trip sheets: vehicle, trailer, drivers, date, trips, loading and unloading information, transported goods.

Automatic editing of invoices.

 

Cash management and treasury module that allows you to manage:

Cash receipts and disbursements, attachments and accounting;

Follow-up of the global and daily balance of the fund;

Customer payments and the status of unpaid invoices;

The bank journal in real time;

Interfacing with the transport module and with Sage accounting.

This new version is also marked by the integration of a range of functionalities for an optimal management of its car fleet, namely

Graphic evolution for a better rendering as well as several performance optimizations;

Clearly outstanding response time optimization;

Reporting: a collection of 40 multi-dimensional, high-performance reports, rich in data and visual elements, that perfectly meet the needs of the fleet management business;

Redesign of the dashboard and statistics: a global redesign of the old dashboard, offering a version with a set of key figures, performance indicators and statistics to help decision making;

Management of access rights by profile: a new interface within the reach of the functional administrator of the solution, which makes it possible to manage access rights (consultation, addition, modification, deletion, import, export, report....) by profile in a simple and efficient way;

Mobile version: DIGIPARC V4 now adapts elastically to all mobile terminals (Smartphone, Tablet, Phablet).

The deployment of V4 has proven that this version is twice as good as the 2015 version (V3) in terms of functional richness, quality and performance, and that our current quality/price offer is 3 times better.

All our customers, whose project is in the process of integration, in the warranty phase or in maintenance, will benefit from version 4 of DIGIPARC for free.
