DIGIPARC has recently added new cutting-edge tools to help its customers achieve the best possible results in the management of their vehicle fleets. Among the many features, we can cite:
1. Driver management: A human resources-oriented feature, driver management takes care of the relationship with your drivers.
A healthy fleet management program makes this task easier to manage and provides basic criteria to help you decide whether to entrust your vehicles only to the most competent and disciplined drivers.
From now on, DIGIPARC allows you to benefit from this functionality by providing you with information relating to the availability of each driver, their usage history and the list of all attachments (license, mission order, vehicle registration document, etc.).
Other interfaces are also available on DIGIPARC, for optimal management of your drivers, by providing data for each driver on:
• Personal information: driver details, family situation, training, professional experience and situation within your organization (department, service, salary, CNSS number, etc.)
• Interviews: because they constitute the first basis for selecting your drivers, we have integrated them into this interface, in order to be able to view all the information relating to each interview: person responsible for the interview, date and assessment,
• Driving licenses: good management of licenses and their categories allows you to easily assign your vehicles to your drivers and closely monitor all related information (date obtained, validity, number of points, etc.)
• Medical fitness visits: intended to assess the employee's medical fitness for their workstation. With DIGIPARC these visits are traced according to the medical center, date of the visit, name of the doctor and the condition of the driver.
• Training: By adequately training your drivers, you inform them of company regulations relating to driving, health and safety.
• Audits: allow you to improve your performance, reduce your costs and identify risks linked to your activities and non-compliance. DIGIPARC makes it possible to support the management of the audit cycle in a secure manner in a centralized system.
• Violations: Unfortunately, collisions can occur from time to time. However, DIGIPARC provides you with adequate communication of information which allows you to analyze the causes of collisions and prevent them, such as: the nature of the infraction, the fine, various expenses and the measures taken after the intervention of the authorities (withdrawal of the license or vehicle).
• Sanctions: All companies have been, at least once, faced with one of these evils. And when it comes to remedying it, we only see the sanction. DIGIPARC allows you to assign sanctions to drivers for very specific reasons: incompetence, repetitive faults, low performance, fraud, frequent delays, etc.
• Personal Protective Equipment: in accordance with the labor code, one or more PPE must be provided for each driver depending on the nature of your activity. This equipment can be traced on DIGIPARC via the driver file.
2. Management of fire extinguishers: this functionality is offered to companies wishing to manage their fire extinguishers, equipment that is now essential for the majority of vehicles. Thus each piece of equipment is identified by its category, its supplier, its location, its date of receipt, its date of commissioning, the possible date of the next planned intervention and the company involved. DIGIPARC makes it possible to increase the effectiveness of regulatory controls by automatically generating alerts if the control date is exceeded.
3. Long-term rental: From now on, long-term rental is essential for a certain number of companies. DIGIPARC has thought of the latter, and has developed an interface dedicated to the management of LLDs which is achieved through monthly monitoring of invoices relating to each rented vehicle, rental rates and your suppliers.
