Observations on purchase orders help us communicate with our suppliers.

Some advanced features could use more customization, but they already meet our needs very well.

Each client has their own specificities in terms of additional services. We have a reference tab to configure all services with their additional cost and respective codes. When creating an invoice, the services appear according to what we have defined. There is even an option to adjust the amount directly from these reports, in real time.

What do you like most about Digiparc?

Before, it was difficult to link our fuel consumption to trips; we had to closely monitor and even then, the data remained inaccurate. Digiparc handles it now. Trips are displayed with all the information, including the amount consumed, which has really helped us optimize our routes; we just need to set the current fuel price and the software does the rest. The statistics are more reliable and cost-effective, whereas before, we found ourselves with unexpected expenses forcing us to adjust the budget. We also monitor our tanks with their dedicated interface; since everything is traced, we plan refills before any shortage. We also asked them to configure the system to indicate which customer each distribution corresponds to, and they did it by adapting the reports to reflect this information.
