Our primary need within Marsys was to work on a solution mainly dedicated to our International Transport activity.

Our main goal is to guarantee fast courier service at the right time and to the right person. I took part in the training of the DIGIPARC software package offered by the DIGISOFT Company based in Morocco (Rabat) which took place in Libreville from May 18 to 22, 2015, in my capacity as Manager of Rolling Stock Management (Car Park) of the National Social Security Fund (CNSS) of Gabon.

We have been using Digiparc since July 2018 in the management and monitoring of our tourist transport activity, Digiparc has enabled us to computerize the transport process through functionalities specific to our business (ordering, mission planning, dispatching, pricing, edition of voucher, invoicing, monitoring of regulations, management of road costs and costs, etc.) our drivers can view their missions with a single click and access the input of additional information on the missions.

Before the acquisition of DigiParc, the flow of information from complaints on the urban transport network was not exploited, which caused us considerable losses in terms of efficiency and reactivity during a breakdown or 'an accident.
