DIGIPARC, launch of a major version in early 2016

The year 2016 will be marked by the launch of DIGIPARC V4, a major version that is more ergonomic, functional and enriched with numerous improvements relating to an improved design, decision-making dashboards and advanced reporting.

1. Business intelligence

For the first time, DIGIPARC integrates a module specially dedicated to strategic management using dashboards, KPIs and statistics.

 

The data is now consolidated, restructured and enriched to be presented in semantic form with a view to offering effective and relevant decision support, allowing users to interact with the data in a few clicks. This module is presented in the form of a general dashboard and several contextual dashboards bringing together more than 120 statistics, performance indicators, key figures, and graphs, namely: the overall cost of the fleet, distribution of fixed and variable costs, monthly and annual evolution of costs, vehicle availability rate, price per kilometer and per vehicle, monthly and annual evolution of the quantity of fuel consumed, time between two breakdowns and several indicators on aberrations and anomalies relating to the fleet.

2. Reporting

A complete and radical overhaul of this module. Following our field experience, we have focused the reporting module around a collection of 40 multidimensional reports, efficient and rich in data and visual elements, which perfectly meet the needs of the vehicle fleet management activity.

3. Design

DIGIPARC will undergo a major ergonomic update, the objective of which is to modernize the current design without compromising its functionality. Navigation becomes easier with the help of specific menus, interfaces and icons which contribute to the fluidity of the user experience and the optimization of handling.

4. Globalization

DIGIPARC is completely globalized to allow all its users to switch, by simple conversion of interfaces, from one language to another. This approach simplifies the distribution of the software and allows better adaptation to the linguistic and cultural specificities of the target market and perfect flexibility with the jargon borrowed by each user within their vehicle fleet.

5. Improvements and corrections

No new version of Digiparc passes without making functional improvements and rectifications, in this sense version 4 of our car fleet management solution will integrate around a hundred improvements which optimize the use of the solution.
