The provisions below reflect the privacy policy historically published on the Digiparc website.

Personal data

No personal information is collected without your knowledge. Processing is carried out in accordance with Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.

No personal information is transferred to third parties.

In accordance with Law 09-08, the user acknowledges and agrees that personal data (name, first name, e-mail) collected when using Digiparc services are intended for Digiparc and processed to fulfil the user’s request, including:

  • Collection.
  • Recording.
  • Storage in various forms and for any duration.

The user expressly and unreservedly gives free, specific and informed consent for the said processing.

Personal data concerning the user may give rise to the exercise of the following rights:

  • right of access,
  • rectification
  • and objection to processing under Law 09-08;

To improve our services, cookies may be placed on the user’s device to generate statistics on the use of the Digiparc website (most visited pages, visit frequency, etc.).

Statistics generated with these cookies are kept for two years.

Contact forms

Personal information submitted to Digiparc through contact forms is used solely to respond to the user’s requests.

It is only accessible to the relevant Digiparc teams, is not shared with third parties, and is retained for as long as needed to handle the requests. To prevent automated submissions (bots) and ensure form security, Digiparc uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which may perform transparent technical checks on your browser.
